The VWM Vi-Pro Sizers are engineered to handle demanding in-shell pistachio operations. These systems remove fines, separate product into four accurate sizes (three through the screens and one over the end), and include catwalk access for simplified cleaning and maintenance.

Unlike conventional layouts, our Advanced Vi-Pro Sizers are installed upstream of the cracking stage. This configuration allows processors to pre-size pistachios before cracking, sending each fraction through the appropriate cracker set.
