Most sizing equipment on the market still relies on eccentric push-arm drive systems. That design forces the entire deck into a counterbalanced rocking motion, transferring stress through the frame, into the floor, and limiting how fast and smooth the machine can actually run.

The Vi-Pro® takes a fundamentally different approach. High-frequency vibratory motion moves product in a controlled, linear flow across the screen surface. No counterbalance. No structural stress. The result is higher throughput at lower operating force, which means less wear, less noise, longer intervals between maintenance, and higher frequency for product throughput.
